What do I need to include with my submission?
Provide a brief description of 300 words or less telling us why this entry is worthy of consideration for each relevant category. Please write in complete sentences, not bullet points. Your description(s) will be included for review by our judging panel.
Invoice will be sent upon approval of submission; please remit promptly. If your submissions have not been paid for at close of entry they may not be included for judging.
What makes an entry eligible?
All entries must be physically located within the state of Arizona and any events must have occured in the past two years.
Is there a limit to how many entries I can submit?
There is no limit to the overall number of entries. Max 10 entries per form.
What's the distinction between the "small market" and "large market" categories?
We split up those categories to make sure destinations/venues in larger, urban markets and those in rural/smaller markets receive equal consideration. The classification is pretty straight-forward: Greater Phoenix and Tucson = "Big Market"; everything else in Arizona = "Small Market"
