Which area would you like to work? Check all that apply.
Early Setup: physical/heavy lifting likely required (8-10:30am)
Check-in table: greet guests, scan tickets, check IDs, control the entrance lines, organize glassware and drink tickets, sell tickets to walk-up guests. Must have an iPhone for scanning tickets (10am-2pm)
Secure the exits: make sure guests don't leave the fenced event area with alcohol in hand. Maintain signage and physical presence in front of these exits. (10:45am to 4:15pm)
Vendor services: receive beer and food vendors upon arrival and direct them to their dedicated space. Make sure to check-in each vendor and give them their vendor wristbands, glassware and drink tickets. Help with ice and/or trash if needed. (9am to 12pm)
Event breakdown: general clean-up when the event ends (3:30pm to 6pm)
